BITTERNESS- people cope with this in different ways. Some prefer to keep their mouth shut while others prefer ranting. And I guess ranting is the most common defense mechanism used in fighting all that BITTERNESS!

Oh yes, believe me, I do know. Saying things out loud should be more than enough to express yourself. Ranting or saying things is still a part of freedom of expression after all. And yes, I do agree with the fact that everyone being unable to accept the truth. And being unable to accept the truth is just a plain form of immaturity.

It's just like DABDA. First, we're DEPRESSED then we feel ANGER, then we move on to BARGAINING then DENIAL and last but not the least we should simply just ACCEPT. Yes, accept the fact that there are just some things that you can't get back anymore no matter how hard you struggle against it. There are certain events in our life that we can't do anything about. After all, we're not superman,we can't turn back time by changing the Earth's revolution.

Staying in the second stage of grieving which is ANGER is just proving how immature a person is. We're not kids anymore and we have to act our age. Our anger or rage will just ruin. Ruin lives, relationships,friendships, bonds etc. And all the happy memories will just be forgotten. Wasted as it is.

Anyway, being angry simply leads to being enraged. And then people start bashing other people, ruining their reputations, and I guess it will eventually lead to your own destruction. So my advice is just STOP IT okay?

Just accept the fact that we have our own lives to lead and we can't just be caught up in the WEB OF BITTERNESS!

We have a life that we must protect. A life that we must treasure. A life that we should just enjoy.

Move on.

Accept.

Be happy.
